The Process

We look forward to learning more about your property and discussing your site requirements. We will give you everything you need to start planning your studio in more detail. Now is the time to look into permitting requirements in your area.

In this meeting we will finalize the design of your Woodlot Studio together. We will then confirm the price of your studio.

Once the agreement has been signed and your 50% deposit has been paid, we will start building your studio!

Your Woodlot Studio is built by us in our workshop.

During this time you will be responsible for arranging site preparations, foundations and utility hook up. We will provide you with details of the requirements and are happy to help coordinate this if need be.

We will coordinate with you to have your completed studio delivered and installed. The power is connected and you’re ready to go!
